About the Role
In this position, you will:
- Specialise in permanent blue-collar placements across WA, with the support of a national network
- Build, manage and grow your own perm desk
- Develop strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Drive sales and business development activity
- Source, attract, interview and place high-quality candidates
- Implement creative sourcing and marketing strategies
- Represent the Programmed brand with professionalism and integrity
- Manage administration and compliance requirements accurately
- Contribute to a high-performing culture built on safety, accountability and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment and/or business development experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially minded with strong sales, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritise across multiple tasks
