About the Role We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst – Guidewire ClaimCenter to join a fast-paced Claims delivery team. This role will play a key part in ensuring quality outcomes across a Claims-focused project, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality testing across the full software delivery lifecycle. You'll be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on testing activities while helping drive the organisation's broader automation journey. What You’ll Do Join an established Claims delivery team as the dedicated Test Analyst on a Claims-related project Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts across multiple test phases Create and maintain requirement traceability matrices Perform hands-on manual testing across functional, integration, system, and UAT phases Execute complex test scenarios and manage defects through to resolution Produce daily test execution reports and test summary reports Validate integrations and ensure end-to-end business processes operate as expected Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver quality outcomes Contribute to the organisation's test automation journey by identifying automation opportunities and creating automation artefacts within the existing framework Operate within Agile delivery teams while supporting the wider Test Practice What We’re Looking For Strong experience as a Test Analyst across the full testing lifecycle Proven experience within General Insurance and/or Financial Services environments Hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience (certification highly regarded) Experience across both manual and automation testing Strong skills in functional, integration, and UAT testing Experience creating test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test reports Strong defect management and stakeholder communication skills Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) Experience working within Agile delivery teams Why Join NRI Planit?
