IPN Medical Centres support the Australian community, operating over 150 practices across the country and providing over 10 million patient consultations each year. IPN is part of Sonic Healthcare, a leading global healthcare company headquartered in Australia.
Duties
* Manage the greeting, registration and departure of patients.
* Deliver quality service and assistance to doctors working in the centre.
* Ensure that the medical centre facilities are clean and tidy at all times.
* Ensure accurate billing, cash collection and receipting for patient services.
Skills & Experience
* Computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Exceptional data entry and communication skills.
* Proven multi‑tasking, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
* Ability to develop quality working relationships.
