This opportunity gives you the chance to work closely with product owners, engineers, platform teams, cyber and data stakeholders to shape how enterprise data is onboarded, governed and operated.

Mandate
Support the successful delivery of the Data Platforms Uplift initiative by working across business, technology and governance stakeholders to capture requirements, clarify delivery scope and ensure data onboarding and migration outcomes are aligned to enterprise standards.
Requirements
* Partner with business, risk and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document requirements for data onboarding and migration.
* Translate complex regulatory, control and operational needs into clear functional and non‐functional requirements.
* Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on scope, dependencies and delivery outcomes.
* Perform impact analysis for dataset migrations, platform changes and control enhancements.
* Support the definition and refinement of standard onboarding patterns, controls and acceptance criteria.
* Contribute to test scenarios, validation activities and production readiness.
* Assist in clarifying ownership, operating model responsibilities and handover to BAU teams.
* Produce clear artefacts and documentation suitable for senior stakeholders and steering committees.
Technology / Tooling
* Enterprise data platforms and onboarding frameworks
* Agile / hybrid delivery environments
* Requirements management and documentation tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
* Data governance and control frameworks
About YOU
Ideally, you'll have strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst working on complex technology or data programs. You're comfortable operating in large transformation environments with multiple stakeholders, dependencies and evolving priorities.
You bring strong analytical thinking and the ability to simplify complex problems, translating them into clear and structured requirements. Experience working with data platforms, cloud environments or data governance frameworks will be highly regarded.
You're also a confident communicator who can facilitate workshops, engage senior stakeholders and produce clear documentation that supports both delivery teams and executive audiences.
