Program Manager Role Overview
The Safer Pathways Support - Local Support Services is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead our team and manage the delivery of support services to male victim survivors of domestic and family violence.
Job Description:
The Program Manager will be responsible for receiving and reviewing referrals, conducting initial contact and case coordination, and managing cases through representation at Safety Action Meetings (SAMs) and maintaining accurate records.

* Team oversight and leadership
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or significant relevant experience in the community service sector
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership/management role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed work with victim survivors of domestic and family violence
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
