About the Role
We're looking for a warm, organised, and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team across our four Ballarat Medical Centres on a casual basis.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients — someone who combines genuine care for people with sharp administrative skills. You'll work Monday to Friday (day shifts only) as part of a collaborative, values-driven team where your contribution truly matters.
There is also a permanent part time opportunity available: Friday 9am - 6pm at Doveton St Medical.
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in a medical reception role is ideal
* A friendly, patient-centred approach and a commitment to exceptional service
* Strong attention to detail and confidence following clinical systems and processes
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a professional phone manner
Solid computer skills across MS Office and Microsoft Teams; experience with Zedmed clinical software is a bonus
