We're looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to join a fast-moving team working on a flagship SaaS platform that's transforming operational workflows. This is your chance to work on a real-world product used daily by field workers, administrators, and drivers across Australia. You'll help shape the platform's user interface and experience, shipping features that solve complex, on-the-ground problems.
You'll be joining a small, collaborative dev team in a startup environment. Expect a tight feedback loop, lots of ownership, and direct impact. You'll work closely with design and product to turn ideas into polished, performant user interfaces.
Frontend : React, Next.js, Tailwind, shadcn
Integrations : POS systems, weighbridge software, camera/drone feeds, accounting platforms
What You'll Do
Build and maintain front-end components across the platform's modules
Collaborate with UX and Product teams to ensure intuitive and consistent design
Develop new features, improve existing ones, and optimize for performance and accessibility
Integrate with APIs and third-party systems (e.g., Stripe, weighbridge systems)
Take part in agile ceremonies - stand-ups, sprint planning, code reviews
Help define and refine front-end best practices and architecture
What You Bring
3-5+ years of front-end development experience, ideally working within SaaS or B2B applications
Any experience working with component libraries such as shadcn, MUI, or similar
Strong understanding of state management and API integration
Startup and team centric mindset - adaptable, fast-moving and autonomous
Attention to design detail, usability, and accessibility
Any additional experience across Power Apps, Dynamics or across CRM Systems is highly regarded
