Little e's Kindergarten is seeking an exceptional Kindergarten Teacher to join our amazing team on a part-time basis, 3 days per week.

About Emmanuel College and Little e's

Emmanuel College is a co-educational, multi-denominational school with just over 1 600 students, valued by the Gold Coast community for our strong commitment to achieving educational excellence within a framework of thoughtful, intelligent and vibrant Christian faith.

Located in the suburb of Carrara on the Gold Coast, Australia; Emmanuel College is situated on a beautiful nine hectare campus, providing stunning state of the art facilities for our College curriculum, programs and community life.

Set within the grounds of Emmanuel College, Little e's Kindergarten offers a play-based program for children in the year before Prep, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines. Fully endorsed by the Queensland Government and approved for Child Care Subsidy and Free Kindy, our program ensures families can access high-quality early learning that supports each child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Why Join Us?

At Little e’s, we celebrate the wonder of childhood and the unique potential of every child. Our goal is to provide a nurturing, faith-filled environment where children are seen as God’s creation and encouraged to grow with confidence, curiosity, and joy.

Little e’s combines thoughtfully designed classrooms with a natural, outdoor environment that inspires exploration and discovery. Children move freely between indoor and outdoor spaces, engaging with gardens, a mud pit, a large sandpit, and a multi-purpose wooden deck beneath our magnificent trees. Our environment encourages imagination, creativity, and collaboration through meaningful play and inquiry-based learning.

Our experienced educators walk alongside each child, fostering independence, resilience, and a love of learning. Through hands-on projects, provocations, and play, children are empowered to explore, ask questions, and develop the skills and confidence that will prepare them for a smooth transition into Prep and beyond.

Little e’s is more than a kindergarten, it is a welcoming, inspiring community where every child is valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
