About the Role:
In this role, you'll lead, support and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding care outcomes. You'll help foster a culture grounded in high standards, accountability and ongoing improvement, ensuring residents receive safe, person‐centred care that aligns with individual needs, quality standards and regulatory expectations.
As an approachable and active leader, you'll provide timely clinical direction, particularly in more complex situations, while promoting consistent best practice across the service.
With a warm and clear communication style, you'll build strong, trusting relationships with residents, their families and external partners. By encouraging collaboration, openness and meaningful involvement, you'll help ensure care plans and lifestyle goals truly reflect each resident's preferences and needs.
Main Duties:
* Provide clinical guidance to residents & care staff
* Undertake resident assessments & case conferencing in line with standards
* Accurate completion, review & updating of relevant documentation
* Motivation, training & development of clinical team members
* Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met

Skills & Requirements:
* AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
* Staff mentorship & development experience.
* Up to date working knowledge & experience achieving accreditation standards
* Ability to identify & improve areas of clinical risk & quality guidelines
* Consultative & effective communication skills.
