We partner with global customers and OEMs across mining, construction, agriculture, aggregates, and heavy industry, helping them protect critical assets and operate more efficiently through best-practice contamination control solutions.

The Opportunity

Own and grow the East Coast Australia territory with a strong focus on mining, heavy equipment, and industrial accounts.

This is a high-impact, field-based role responsible for building pipeline, winning new customers, and expanding within existing accounts. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, discipline, and commercial focus, driving revenue growth while strengthening MagShield's market presence across the region.

You will work closely with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams to execute structured territory plans and convert qualified opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive new business development and expand existing accounts across East Coast Australia
* Prospect, qualify, and lead customer meetings, site visits, and technical demonstrations
* Build and execute structured territory and account plans aligned with quarterly targets
* Develop and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and ROI/business cases in collaboration with Sales and Technical teams
* Coordinate and manage product trials and pilot programs, capturing performance results such as oil analysis and condition monitoring insights
* Engage directly with mining operators, heavy equipment customers, OEM dealers, and distributors
* Maintain CRM accuracy including activities, pipeline stages, forecasts, and next actions
* Partner with Marketing on campaigns, industry events, and customer follow-up activities
* Represent MagShield at industry events and trade shows across the region
* Report weekly on KPIs including meetings, pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast confidence

What We're Looking For

* 3–6+ years of B2B field sales experience, ideally within mining, heavy equipment, hydraulics, filtration, MRO, or related industrial sectors
* Demonstrated success in solution-based selling and territory growth
* Ability to learn and confidently discuss maintenance, reliability, and hydraulic system fundamentals
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation capability across operational and executive levels
* Structured territory management and CRM discipline (Salesforce, HubSpot, Insightly, or similar platforms)
* Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working independently in a field environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
* Current and valid Australian driver's licence
* Willingness to travel extensively across the East Coast, with occasional international travel
