We are seeking a reliable and motivated Gardener to join our team. This casual position will require 2–3 working days per week, with some flexibility in scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general garden maintenance, including mowing, pruning, weeding, and planting
* Maintain the overall presentation of lawns, garden beds, and outdoor spaces
* Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely
* Follow established procedures to ensure a safe and tidy working environment
Requirements:
* Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred, but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
* Reliability and commitment to allocated workdays
