Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aged Care Assessor to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to older Australians.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments to identify and meet the complex needs of clients, as well as referring them to appropriate aged care services under the Aged Care Act.
This role offers flexibility and autonomy, with opportunities to work in a variety of settings and develop valuable skills and expertise in aged care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline directly related to Health, Aged Care or a related specialist area (e.g. Registered Nurse, Medical Officer, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Social Worker)
* Current unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* An Australian Driver's license and access to a registered, insured vehicle
* Minimum of one year demonstrated experience in Australia or Overseas directly delivering services in Aged Care settings and/or to Aged persons including to people living with dementia
