About the Role:
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of key business processes by assisting in the stock-management, servicing, processing and transport of proprietary goods as well as the maintanence and development of backend software systems.

Responsibilities
* Liaising wih management to accurately record both inbound and outbound stock and freight.
* Liaising with end users and distributors to coordinate orders and deliveries.
* Maintaining the integrity of stock, order and invoice procedures.
* Assisting with the in-house servicing of faulty mattresses, control units, technical devices and other soft goods (full training provided).
* Delivery and setup of mattresses, control units, technical devices and other soft goods (full training provided).
* Maintaining a clean and well-ordered warehouse and office space on a weekly basis.
* Conducting end-of-month stock takes.
* Assisting with key filing and documentation procedures.
* Additional duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* The availability to work a minimum of three days a week
* A full driver's license.
* Very strong attention to detail.
* Some previous experience is desired but not essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, suppliers, transport personnel, and customers.
* Some proficiency in MS Office, Word and Excel is needed.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Professional presentation and strong work ethic.
