Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
The EN Graduate Program offers:
A supported professional development program, specifically targeted at assisting graduates to transition to the workplace
Dedicated unit-based Clinical Support Nurses
2 x 6 month Aged Care and sub-acute rotations

The successful applicant will benefit from:
