We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Knowledge Management Specialist to join our Doctor Pay and Invoicing team. You will play a critical role in capturing, structuring, and sharing knowledge across the organization to improve decision-making, enhance workflow efficiency, and foster a learning culture within our DPI space.
This team is responsible for delivering high-quality financial and administrative services for our doctors and clients, including financial administration, payroll recordkeeping, reporting, accounts payable, and receivable tasks.
Based in Robina, with flexible work arrangements, the key responsibilities include:
* Capture and codify knowledge by interviewing subject matter experts and creating comprehensive guides, manuals, and white papers to preserve critical institutional knowledge.
* Design and maintain systems for storing, indexing, and retrieving knowledge to ensure accessibility and relevance.
* Promote knowledge sharing through workshops, knowledge hubs, and internal communication strategies.
* Support decision-making by providing stakeholders with up-to-date, accurate information.
* Improve workflow efficiency by streamlining processes and reducing redundancies.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
* Diploma of Payroll Services or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
* Minimum 2 years payroll experience
* Proven experience in knowledge management, information science, or organizational development
* Familiarity with knowledge management platforms and tools
* Experience in the Australian medical recruitment industry (desirable)
Skills:
* Strong understanding of payroll principles and practices
* Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office (especially Excel)
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
* Ability to translate complex information into accessible formats
