About the Position
As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing multiple commercial projects valued between $20M–$50M, overseeing each stage from early design through to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard. You will be supported by a well-structured team including a Site Manager, Contracts Administrators, Foremen, Leading Hands, and Cadets, ensuring you have the resources needed to succeed.

* Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
* Proven record as a Project Manager delivering commercial new build projects over $10M
