Job Description
We are open to discussions with Occupational Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

Daily responsibilities
* Managing caseloads and delivering therapeutic services
* Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions through observations and assessments
* Formulating treatment goals based on assessment findings
* Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
* Supporting environment adaptations in home, school, work, and residential settings
* Recommending Assistive Technology to promote independence
* Staying informed about current legislation to ensure compliance
Candidate requirements
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive and motivated to learn and improve
* Desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment
* Ability to work independently
* Passion for working in the disability sector
