We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support across over 300 locations in Australia to thousands of participants in the community, including Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy services.


Job Description

We are open to discussions with Occupational Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

If you are interested in Paediatrics or have specific caseload interests, we would like to speak with you.

Daily responsibilities

* Managing caseloads and delivering therapeutic services
* Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions through observations and assessments
* Formulating treatment goals based on assessment findings
* Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
* Supporting environment adaptations in home, school, work, and residential settings
* Recommending Assistive Technology to promote independence
* Staying informed about current legislation to ensure compliance


Candidate requirements

* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive and motivated to learn and improve
* Desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment
* Ability to work independently
* Passion for working in the disability sector
