Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on IT professional to join a high-performing support team.
The successful candidate will provide L2 / L3 support to enterprise customers, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 and associated systems, as well as server and virtualization platforms.
This role offers exposure to a diverse technology stack and the chance to make a real impact across multiple large-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 / L3 support for enterprise customers, focusing on reliability and performance.
Support the Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender, Exchange Online, and other related tools.
Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
Administer and support virtualization platforms: VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix.
Maintain and monitor backup solutions, primarily Veeam, ensuring business continuity.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve incidents, implement improvements, and optimise IT operations.
Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and general IT projects.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in L2 / L3 support within enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Defender.
Solid experience with Windows Servers, VMware / Hyper-V, Nutanix, and Veeam.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in complex IT environments.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Experience supporting clients in mining or other enterprise industries is highly desirable.
