About the Position:
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome for residents and guests.
* Manage communications and assist with resident move-in processes.
* Coordinate community events and social activities that promote connection and well-being.
* Assist the Village Manager with administrative tasks and provide general support.

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with SharePoint and Dynamics 365 an advantage.
