Role Overview
The SALA Festival is seeking a skilled Projects and Partnerships Coordinator to support the success of our state-wide celebration of visual art. This role will oversee relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and partners, coordinate festival projects, awards, and opportunity programs for artists, and ensure smooth festival operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate festival projects, including managing project timelines and collaborating with the broader SALA team
* Manage relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and partners to support festival success
* Develop and implement business development strategies to foster partnerships and growth
* Liaise with external organizations to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Experience in business development and stakeholder engagement that fosters financial resilience
* High level communication and relationship management skills
* Experience in event project management and delivery
* An understanding and appreciation of the arts industry, particularly in the context of South Australian visual art and artists
* Proficiency in administrative tools, report writing, and Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced work environments
