We have a new opportunity for an experienced workers' compensation Associate to join our growing Insurance practice based in our Perth office.
Our Insurance WA team has approximately 90 people located across Adelaide, Perth, and Darwin. The team is a defendant insurance legal team working across General Insurance and Statutory Insurance matters, including workers' compensation, recoveries, compulsory third party, liability, professional indemnity, and general insurance. This role offers significant learning, development, and progression opportunities, with the chance to work with some of Australia's top insurers.
Skills and Experience
* 3-5 years of post-admission experience within Workers' Compensation;
* Experience on the defendant side is ideal, but candidates with a plaintiff background interested in moving into defendant work are also encouraged to apply;
* A genuine interest in building a career in workers' compensation law;
* Strong, clear legal writing skills.
