PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Provide an exceptional level of service to prospective customers relating to all Greenstone products and meeting sales targets through the use of sales campaigns.
Guide and develop customers understand of our products and identify solutions to fit their situation generating sales whilst providing potential customers with a positive customer experience, ensuring all compliance measures are met when on boarding customers.

- Work directly with customers via telephone in and deliver prepared sales scripts to assist customers to purchase a product or service
- Educate potential customers on product offerings and service to improve their level of awareness around product features and benefits while answering questions from the customer to build value and create a positive customer relationship
- Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions via clearly explaining products to increase the value of each sale and obtain customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product on all calls
- Adhere to and meet individual KPI’s and contribute to business and team KPI’s
- Continued education to better service customer
- Accurately record sales data and client information in Evolve
- Maintain a detailed understanding of associated systems, products, processes and procedures
- Provide a strong customer experience by focusing on the customer outcome on every call

Position Requirements
- Sales experience in any field (in excess of 6 months)
- Confident, positive and an aptitude for sales
- Strong team player
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong listening, communication and rapport building skills
- Ability to retain information and apply learning
- Ability to embrace and implement regular feedback
- Adaptable to new challenges in the working environment
- Sound computer skills
- Ability to identify customer concerns and apply solutions
- Experience working within a quality-controlled working workplace (i.e. verbal scripting and procedures)
- A range of experience in a sales environment
- Proven capability to interact over the telephone in a clear and professional manner
