About the Role
We have a great opportunity for a Cleaning Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will play an important role in maintaining the high standard of cleanliness and presentation within our facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality cleaning services for residents rooms and common areas
* Working as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation is maintained
* Supporting your peers and maintaining a co-operative team spirit
You will be required to work safely and effectively, following all policies and procedures to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you'll need:
* A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Previous experience working as a cleaner ideally
* Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
* Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
* A reliable team player
* Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
