Our Recreation Team is a vibrant, close-knit community of people who thrive on connection and movement. We transform 18 Recreation Centres into welcoming spaces—offering health and fitness opportunities to those who need them most. We offer flexible hours, free facility membership, and the chance to build valuable leadership skills—all while making a real impact. Ryde Community Sports Centre hosts a range of sports competitions throughout the week.


About the Role

Lead operations of this Sports Centre, driving business growth and community impact. You'll manage staff, stakeholder relationships, and champion our core values.


Key Responsibilities

* Oversight of financial planning, reporting, and compliance
* Develop strategic business plans and community programs
* Lead and support a high-performing team
* Drive marketing, sales, and stakeholder engagement


What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or related field
* 3–5 years' experience in facility management
* Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills
