About This Role:


This role is responsible for providing executive-level support to the Principal and Director of Finance. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Responsibilities include coordinating projects, preparing reports, and making travel arrangements. Additionally, the Executive Officer will assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

* Providing administrative support to the Principal and Director of Finance, including managing calendars, preparing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.

* Assisting with project coordination, research, and analysis, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
