About The Role

* You will navigate complex awards, agreements and policies to guide decisions that balance business need with fair process.
Main Responsibilities
* Embedded within our Strategic People Partnership Team, you'll be the first line of contact for our leaders and employees.
* Providing trusted coaching, insight, and support on everything from performance and misconduct matters to business restructuring and change initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Australian Citizen with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
* Post secondary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent demonstrated relevant experience.
* Experience interpreting legislation, regulations, Awards and Industrial Agreements together with policy and procedures to provide high quality and pragmatic HR advice.
