The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Housing Services Manager to lead the operational delivery of our community housing services. This role is pivotal in driving growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with KCS values.
* Provide leadership and direction in line with business goals.
* Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and ethical decision-making.
* Support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that promote customer independence and choice.
* Drive growth initiatives and support grant and tender writing projects.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Support policy development and ensure alignment with sector best practices.
* Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance service delivery.
* Champion a workplace culture that reflects KCS values.
* Build staff capacity through supervision, support, and training.
* Promote Kirinari and the community housing sector within the broader community.
* Establish and nurture strategic and operational partnerships across sectors.
