We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Consulting Arborist to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in assessing and managing the health of trees, offering expert advice to clients, and contributing to the overall success of our
**Arboricultural** projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Site inspections and preparing tree risk assessment reports (QTRA and TRAQ).
- preparation of Arboricultural impact assessments for developments
- Project arborist for developments.
- Resistograph trees for risk assessments.
- Assessing the impact of cutting tree roots, supervising root mapping, and excavating within the TPZ and SRZ.
**Essential Skills**
- Interest in arboriculture and urban forestry
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- AQF Level 5 Arborist (Diploma of Arboriculture) - Completed or currently enrolled
- ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) certification is highly preferred.
- With relevant work experience as a Consulting Arborist.
- Strong knowledge of tree biology, identification, and health assessment.
- Familiarity with local regulations and best management practices related to tree care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using arboricultural software and tools
Annual income for standard 38 hour week excluding superannuation Range ($80,000 - $110,00 per annum) commensurate with industry rates, skills and experience.
