About The Role
Responsibilities include:
1. Lead and support the analysis, design, review, and implementation of office and regional accommodation-related business activities, systems, policies, projects, and programs.
2. Participate in and undertake designated project, organizational change, and business improvement activities across a broad range of customer-focused facilities management services to deliver tailored solutions for the department.
3. Assist in the preparation of project information, reports, submissions, briefing materials, correspondence, and branch-specific support documents and templates.
4. Foster a challenging, equitable, ethical, and safe work environment emphasizing customer service and outcomes, encouraging commitment, flexibility, innovation, responsiveness, responsibility, accountability, continuous improvement, skills development, and professional growth.

About You
* Knowledge and experience in corporate office accommodation and/or facilities management is highly desirable.
* You will be highly enthusiastic, customer-focused, and able to multi-task to succeed in this role.
