We're looking for a skilled and compassionate lawyer to join our Work Injuries team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated group of lawyers who are passionate about extending justice to everyone who needs it.
* As a Lawyer/Associate, you will provide a seamless client experience, supporting our clients to get favourable outcomes.
You will be responsible for meeting with clients, reviewing and analyzing records, drafting written communications, briefing medical experts and allied health professionals, drafting court documents, attending court for procedural hearings, and briefing and liaising with barristers.
This role requires strong client focus, approach each client with compassion and empathy along with your drive to get the very best outcomes for our clients.
Requirements
* 2-5 years post admission experience
* Experience working within a personal injuries environment ideally with a background in Work Cover / Work Injury matters
* A strong knowledge of the relevant procedural rules relevant to personal injury practice in Victoria
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Demonstrated proactive approach to file management
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high level client service
* Experience working in a high-volume work environment
