With that, they are now looking for experienced Civil Supervisors who are motivated to embrace their vision and help set new standards of excellence in Perth's civil construction industry.
The Role
The role will see you, an experienced supervisor with a collaborative leadership approach, oversee subdivision works, sand import operations, drainage, utilities, and road construction projects across Western Australia. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership, contribute meaningfully, and gain hands on experience across significant civil infrastructure projects throughout the state.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage civil construction projects including subdivisions, sand import, drainage, utilities, and road construction across WA.
* Supervise and coordinate personnel, subcontractors, and plant equipment to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Maintain compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and WA regulations.
* Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout projects.
* Mentor and develop site crews, promoting skills, growth, and hands on experience.
Experience
* Ideally at least three years experience as a civil supervisor, with subdivisions, drainage, utilities, sand import, and road construction experience in WA.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply drawings, plans, and project specifications.
