Easy Authoring is seeking Test Lead for a high-profile government project.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Day-to-day management and work allocation to a small Test Analyst team, and monitor performance and provide guidance
- Complete status reporting and regular updates to Program Manager and Project Manager, and other generic Team lead responsibilities
- Contribute and lead a test team to effectively follow the established agile methodology
- Engagement with Enterprise Test Manager and centralised IT test management capability team as required.
- Engaging with development teams to understand the scope of product releases and develop testing requirements based on business objectives, functional requirements, and service level requirements.
- Develop test plans, test scenarios and/or test scripts
- Well-developed testing skills, including the ability to write detailed test cases, review and execute complex manual and automated test cases.
- Undertake testing activities including functional, integration and regression testing for each release cycle
- Report and track the resolution of defects/issues as they are found in testing
- Managing testing deadlines
- Experience in an Agile Testing environment
- Develop test reports as required
