1- Position title: Marketing Specialist Salary: $38 to $48/Hour Reports to: General Manager Position description: ·Developing and implementing advertising strategies and campaigns to achieve sales goals.
·Providing guidance to executives and clients on effective advertising strategies and campaigns to target specific markets and increase consumer awareness.
·Managing the production of advertising campaigns, including coordinating specialized activities such as artwork, copywriting, and media placement, while adhering to time and budget constraints ·Analyzing consumer data to understand patterns and preferences and predicting future trends.
·Conducting research to identify potential demand and market characteristics for new products and services and analyzing statistical information.
·Supporting business growth by creating and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs ·Conducting market research to identify opportunities for new and existing products and services.

The receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and responding to guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance departments to maintain room availability and readiness.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization Follow hotel policies, procedures, and security guidelines Required Skills Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification preferred) Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficiency in basic computer systems and hotel management software Professional appearance and attitude Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Preferred Skills Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar) Multilingual skills are a plus Cash handling and basic accounting knowledge Working Conditions Shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Standing for extended periods Indoor, front-desk environment ................................................................................................................................................................
3- Position Title: Hotel Housekeeper / Room Attendant Salary: $32 to $42/Hour Job Summary The Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, tea/coffee, and minibar items Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely Respect guest privacy and hotel confidentiality Clean public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and staff areas when required Required Skills Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (training may be provided) Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and attention to detail Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods Positive attitude and strong work ethic Working Conditions Physically demanding role Shifts including weekends and holidays Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
