Role Overview
Full-time position. Conducting open inspections, ongoing inspections, and routine inspections. Handling entry reports and exit/bond inspections. Responsible for organizing repairs and maintenance tasks. Previous experience in the real estate sector is desirable. Demonstrated reliability and time efficiency. Robust attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
