About the Opportunity
We seek a Strategic Communications Professional to spearhead our narrative, fostering engagement with key stakeholders, media, and advocacy groups.
As a leader in this role, you will shape our public image, drive digital presence, collaborate with external partners, and amplify the voices of Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services across the NT.
* Create and implement a communications strategy, ensuring consistent messaging for diverse audiences.
* Mobilize complex policy, research, and advocacy efforts into clear, culturally sensitive content tailored to internal teams, leadership, members, and external stakeholders.
Media Relations
* Coordinate with external partners on media releases, pitches, campaigns, and events.
* Oversee engagement with journalists, radio, print, digital, and TV outlets, collaborating with external agencies.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Support the Policy, Research, and Advocacy team in developing regular communications for AMSANT member ACCHSs.
