Business Partner Role
This is a pivotal position where you will align people solutions with business objectives. Delivering expert advice, guiding business units through critical planning and management of organisational change and workforce development is key.
* Lead and participate in workforce reviews and change management initiatives ensuring successful implementation of corporate-wide and targeted business-specific solutions.
* Drive a strong safety culture within client groups by building effective relationships with relevant directors and department managers. Ensure a sound understanding of their people needs and issues.
* Translate business requirements into effective people practices delivering solutions aligned with business objectives.
* Provide strategic advice on a wide range of initiatives to senior management empowering them to make informed decisions.
Key Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification preferably in Human Resources Management Behavioural Science or a related field or comparable experience.
* Proven experience in providing contemporary people culture and development areas including health and wellbeing and industrial relations.
* Proven experience in providing internal advice and consultancy services to leadership stakeholders.
