Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a leading property group as an Administration Assistant/Reception. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Centre Management team, ensuring the smooth operation of the retail asset.
The role involves managing reception, contractor sign-ins, and key registers, coordinating tenant communications and maintaining records, processing invoices and purchase orders, financial reporting tasks, assisting with casual mall leasing and charity bookings, supporting marketing initiatives and retailer engagement, and contributing to risk management and emergency procedures.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you should have proven administration experience, preferably in retail property. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as high attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is required, and experience with financial reporting and document control would be advantageous.
