Reporting to the Group Accountant and Commercial Manager, this exciting-and-varied role lets you use your accounting experience to support the broader Finance team in a dynamic retail environment.
What You'll Do
Process invoices for rent and utilities for 280 locations monthly using
Filebound AP Automation Tool
and
Pronto ERP
.
Prepare
Rental and Utility Analysis Reports
with commentary on variances and unexpected fluctuations.
Raise payments for all Rent and Utilities invoices in line with vendor terms.
Submit monthly sales figures to landlords and prepare reconciliations for capped and percentage rents.
Prepare
Annual Sales Statements
for review and approval.
Address internal and external queries regarding occupancy costs.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience
in a high-volume accounts payable role.
Experience with
occupancy-related AP
preferred.
Experience in
manual general ledger entry across multiple locations/cost centres
.
Proficiency with
Pronto ERP
and/or
Filebound
highly desirable.
Strong
communication skills
and attention to detail.
