**How will I help?**
You will be the face of BankSA, working in-branch to help our customers achieve their financial goals.
- Key responsibilities will consist of: _
- Reaching out to customers both in-branch and over the phone, connecting them to the right products as you provide expert financial advice and seamless service.
- Building rock-solid relationships, you'll make it clear you understand what our customers need today - and what their plans are for tomorrow.
- Take full ownership of customer requests and proactively follow up agreed actions
- Keep up to date with new banking products and services; their features, benefits and how these can be best offered to existing and potential customers
- Educating customers on new technologies and tools that will enhance their banking experience
- Comply with established bank and external policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality and security of bank and client assets and information
