An exciting opportunity has become available for an** IT Service Desk Technician** to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting all IT systems across the group. Excellent communication and a high calibre of troubleshooting skills are essential.
This position will be based from our Gold Coast Office in Surfers Paradise.
**Getting to know the role and your responsibilities**
- Support for all IT systems in the corporate office and hotels and resorts across the group
- Taking ownership of assigned support jobs to ensure proper resolution and completion of all tasks to the customer's satisfaction
- Recording all Service Desk support jobs and resolutions
- Effective planning of Service Desk tasks to ensure correct prioritisation of jobs
- Maintain strong technical competence across all IT systems (hardware and software) supported by the Service Desk
- Provide basic training in software used by Accor
**What we need from you**
- Telecommunications products
- IT hardware
- Microsoft Operating Systems
- Microsoft Office packages
- Tertiary qualifications/Microsoft Certifications will be highly regarded for this position but are not essential.
