About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, the Executive General Manager – Development & Sustainability will lead the origination and development of renewable energy projects and offtake agreements consistent with the expectations of the Queensland Government’s Energy Roadmap while embedding sustainability across CleanCo’s portfolio. An important part of the role is ensuring CleanCo’s interests in the Mt Rawdon Pumped Hydro project are strategically managed working collaboratively with the Queensland Government and Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC). As a member of the Executive Team, you will shape CleanCo’s growth, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with strong social and environmental outcomes.
About You
You are a senior leader with extensive experience across the lifecycle of large-scale renewable energy projects. Commercially astute, strategically minded and deeply engaged in sustainability, you bring proven success in delivering complex projects, managing offtake agreements, and working with government, regulators, investors and communities. With well-developed ESG expertise and strong stakeholder skills, you inspire high‑performing teams to deliver transformational outcomes.
