Senior Manager-Employee and Industrial Relations
This pivotal role involves overseeing and managing industrial and employee relations matters, partnering closely with senior leaders and divisional teams.
The Senior Manager-Employee and Industrial Relations will provide expert guidance on workplace legislation, drive best-practice policy development, and help shape a consistent, compliant, and constructive employee and industrial relations culture.
* Oversee industrial relations activities, including enterprise agreement negotiations, management of industrial action, and engagement with external stakeholders such as the Fair Work Commission.
* Partner with operational leaders and technical specialists to provide guidance and support on strategic projects.
* Lead the management and resolution of industrial disputes and related litigation, offering strategic advice throughout the process.
Key Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:
* Degree or qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in complex, unionised workplaces, preferably with blue-collar workforces.
