Job Title: Ecommerce Marketing Manager
Six Degrees Executive are excited to be partnering with a niche but powerful FMCG operation, as they seek an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join their tight-knit Brisbane based team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive growth and optimize digital marketing tactics to drive ecommerce growth and overall consumer engagement for the brand that operates in an omnichannel capacity.
* Develop and execute e-commerce strategies, in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, to grow D2C sales and deliver a best-in-class e-commerce experience.
* Manage the brands Subscription Program to drive retention and loyalty.
* Oversee and influence the e-commerce promotional calendar and execute strategic sales campaigns in line with this.
* Implement and manage CRM and marketing automation strategies to enhance customer lifecycle management.
* Lead digital marketing initiatives, including PPC, email, SMS, SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing.
* Manage the online store (using Shopify) ensuring an optimal online experience and applying customer insights and feedback where appropriate.
* Collaborate with the Fulfillment Team to execute direct marketing campaigns and consumer engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience built within an ecommerce centric role.
* Demonstrate experience in the development of ecommerce strategies that have produced growth within either a consumer goods or subscription-based brand/business.
* Strong experience across SEO, Google/Meta advertising and digital marketing and ecommerce tech stacks is also required.
