We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Office Support Specialist. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our busy organization.
Main Responsibilities
* Accounts Receivable: You will be responsible for managing incoming payments from customers, ensuring all accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
* Accounts Payable: You will handle outgoing payments to suppliers, ensuring timely payment and maintaining good relationships with vendors.
* Banking: You will manage our company's banking transactions, including processing payments, managing cash flow, and reconciling bank statements.
* Reconciliation of Creditors: You will review and reconcile creditor accounts, ensuring accuracy and prompt payment.
* Ad-Hoc Tasks: You will also perform other administrative duties as required, supporting the wider team and contributing to our success.
