Workforce Optimization Manager
We are seeking a skilled Workforce Optimization Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining operating disciplines across our operations and those of our strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop relationships with operational leads to drive cost-effective staff scheduling outcomes, effective real-time execution, and vendor relationship support.
* Maintain Care-specific incident management protocols, business continuity coordination, and the planning and scheduled execution of business-driven change.
* Foster collaboration across Workforce Optimization, Leadership, and Outsource partners.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of Resource Planning experience.
* Reporting and scheduling experience.
* Experience supporting +1000 seat contact centre.
* Strong MS Office skill set.
* Previous coding experience (SQL, Teradata) is beneficial.
