Maintenance and Renovation Expert
The Maintenance and Renovation Expert role involves performing maintenance, repair, and renovation work in residential properties. This includes tasks such as carpentry repairs and maintenance, tiling, small renovation projects, reticulation repairs, patching and painting walls, landscaping works, constructing fences and fencing repairs, operating machinery, and performing paving and concrete works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support trades and other personnel
* Undertake regular inspections
* Use computer systems to record and plan work tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a variety of maintenance tasks
* Trade certificate in Carpentry or Joinery/Cabinetry
* Current drivers license
* Desirable skills include training in safety procedures, confined space entry, working at heights, electrical safety, personal protective equipment, lockout/tagout, and working in trenches
