Job Description: 20 x Retail Staff are required to assist various supermarkets based in Karratha to commence in May 2026 on an ongoing full-time basis. Position: Retail Employee Level 1
Responsibilities
* Handle food and produce, serve customers, maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, cash handling, and handling stock/products.
* Provide excellent work ethic, be confident with customer service, and be able to take instruction/direction.
* Work very efficiently and productively as the facility can be very busy.
Schedule and Work Hours
* Main rostered on days: Monday to Saturday; Sundays and Public Holidays may be required when needed.
* Minimum of 38 hours per week.
Remuneration and Benefits
* Base hourly pay rate (Level 1) for a full-time employee of $26.55 in line with the General Retail Industry Award 2020 [MA000004].
* Accommodation arranged for $150 - $200 per person per week (shared accommodation) in Karratha.
