Job Title: SIGINT Operations Expert
* We are seeking experienced professionals to manage and execute Collection and Watch Floor Operations in a dynamic environment.
* The ideal candidate will have a background in SIGINT Collection Management, Watch Floor Operations, or Intelligence Analysis and be capable of connecting the dots in fast-paced environments to solve problems in support of national security.
Key Responsibilities include monitoring and performance assessment of signals intelligence (SIGINT), electronic intelligence (ELINT), and foreign instrumentation signals intelligence (FISINT) processing systems. The successful candidate will provide timely and accurate reporting on collection events and system statuses.
Must-Have Skills include direct experience in SIGINT, ELINT, or FISINT collection operations, demonstrated ability to perform in high-tempo environments, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is also required.
Bonus Skills include experience working with COMINT and PROFORMA, all-source weapons knowledge, fusion and analysis of multi-modal signals, and exposure to automated signal processing systems.
