Scope, plan, and manage the **delivery of digital transformation initiatives** for our state government client, with a particular focus on **legacy systems**.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Facilitate IDAF gateway reviews for comprehensive evaluation and advancement of digital initiatives.
- Lead workshops to collaboratively design solutions, prioritizing customer and business outcomes.
- Drive the adoption of new working methods to accelerate digital transformation, foster innovation, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with crucial internal, government, and industry stakeholders to capitalize on digital and innovative opportunities.
- Provide expert advice and thought leadership on innovative problem-solving approaches, offering strategic insights and advocating best practices for digital transformation.
**Key Requirements**:
- Demonstrated proficiency with the NSW Government ICT Digital Assurance Framework from prior experience.
- Proven track record in leading legacy system modernization/replacement within a complex operating environment, employing agile methodologies.
