This is a key senior management role for the business, responsible for maximising sales and driving effective retail operations for our NSW region.** **This role requires travel and reports to the director of the business, the National Sales Manager and State Manager.

- Extensive retail management experience in a multi-site retailer
- Excellent communication, analytical and strong leadership skills
- Highly motivated and results focused
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Proven experience in the successful management and development of people.
- Developed PC skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Tertiary qualifications in a retail or business discipline is desirable, not essential
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing in-store teams; management of up to 15 stores
- Driving projected sales & KPI's to reach and exceed company profitability targets
- Wage percentage goals
- Conducting stocktakes
- People development goals and visual merchandising within your area to deliver a profitable outcome for the business
- Ensure consistent appearance; policies and procedures are followed by all stores
- Recruitment, Training and development of store teams
